Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

  1. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
  2. Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
    – You received damaged or expired items
    – You received the wrong product
    – Your order was not delivered
  3. Refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 business days after verification. For Razorpay payments, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
