- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
– You received damaged or expired items
– You received the wrong product
– Your order was not delivered - Refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 business days after verification. For Razorpay payments, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
